Rodeo time! Part One.

It's rodeo time in San Antonio, it's right up there on my list of favorite things to do here. It's very close on the list to Fiesta and Christmas. It's the beginning of fun times in South Texas. Soon we'll have spring break, the strawberry festival, Easter and my ultimate favorite....FIESTA! The rodeo here lasts about two weeks, great singers, yummy food, awesome boutique/vendor custom shopping and a great time with family and friends. Last night we had a girls night out and saw Jake Owen perform, he sounds even better live and put on a phenomenal show! I always love seeing the Palominos patriotic entrance every year.
Last night was also military night which wasn't something I was expecting. They paid a very touching tribute to our service men and women. Of course I cried, I'd give anything to have my honey home right now. I got to FaceTime with him this morning and informed him we already have plans for the Rodeo next year. Haha.

Jake Owen put on an amazing show, he seems like a genuinely nice guy. He was on n off the stage interacting with fans and went on and on about his wife and parents.

Here's a couple pics of the girls and I, mostly friends from work and then my best friend Tiff got her first adult time out since her twins were born!

Left to right, Tiff, Celeste and me.

Cee Cee, myself and Linsdey.

We had a blast, can't wait to take my mom and girls to the grounds to ride the rides and go to the petting zoo. Next week we are also going to see Randy Houser and do some shopping, I am so excited!
